*We submit insurance on your behalf electronically via a clearinghouse whenever possible, thus the claim is sent within a week and usually processed by your insurance plan in 2-6 weeks of the submission. You should receive explanation of benefits, EOB, from your insurance. If you don't receive an EOB after an extended period of time, we encourage you to contact your insurance to find out what has happened to the claim. We will turn the responsibility of the insurance claim to you if we repeatedly get denial after multiple submissions and phone calls; please realize the office is a small operation, and we do not have full time billing service. This is one of the ways we cut down the cost and are able to make ourselves more available to actual time and care spent with you and your children.
